We distinguish between so-called Property Partners and Location Partners. A Property Partner is a property owner who has a property at his/her disposal, where we rent space in which to operate Internet Points. Examples of our Property Partners are Jernhusen, which owns many main railway stations in Sweden, and Steen & Ström, which is Scandinavia's leading property owner of shopping malls. Sidewalk Express is a valued partner, because we offer a service that complements the other tenants' businesses without competing with them and increases the level of service to end customers.
A Location Partner is an operator who leases a site where it operates a business of a kind that can be combined advantageously with Sidewalk Express Internet Points. 7-Eleven, McDonald’s and SSP are some of our Location Partners. In these cases, we sub-let space inside or in the immediate vicinity of their premises. Our Internet Points make a positive contribution with a new source of revenue and increased sales volumes, for example, because the customers visit more often, stay for longer to surf and often purchase coffee, soft drinks or food from the existing range of products.
